Aachi Adai Mix is delicious, spicy, and healthy. It contains Greengram Dhal, Toor Dhal, Urid Dhal, Bengalgram Dhal, Soya, Rice, Red Chilli, Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek, and Salt.
Method of preparation
Take 200 gms Aachi Adai Mix, add 300ml of water and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes and prepare Adai on dosa pan. Serve hot with any chutney. To enhance the taste, fry curry leaves, sliced onion, and sliced coconut pieces in gingelly oil and mix well with adai mix.
